2. Data Collection. We collect personal data solely for the purpose of executing requested copywriting and content services. Data collected includes: name, email address, phone number, project details, and any information voluntarily provided through our contact forms or direct communications.

3. Legal Basis. Processing is based on: (a) performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); (b) consent given for marketing communications (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); and (c) legitimate interest in improving our services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Retention. Personal data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, plus a maximum of 24 months for potential follow-up or legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with: (a) service providers strictly necessary for service delivery (e.g., email providers, payment processors); (b) legal authorities when required by law.

1. Acceptance. By accessing or using the services provided by textbrandcore, located at Via G. Marconi 71A, Villorba, Treviso, Italy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services. textbrandcore provides copywriting, content creation, and related messaging services as described in individual service agreements. All services are delivered as specified in the agreed project scope.

3. Payment Terms. Payment is due as specified in the project proposal or invoice. A 50% deposit is required before work commences on projects exceeding €500. Late payments incur a 2% monthly fee. All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Deliverables. Upon full payment, all final copy and content deliverables are transferred to the client. textbrandcore retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in effect.

5. Revisions. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions as specified in the service agreement. Additional revisions may be requested at an additional cost of €75/hour.

6. Intellectual Property. All original copy and content created by textbrandcore becomes the property of the client upon full payment. textbrandcore retains no rights to the delivered work beyond portfolio display rights (subject to NDA).

7. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability. textbrandcore's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. textbrandcore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed proportionally.

10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Treviso, Italy.

1. Eligibility. Refund requests for copywriting and content services provided by textbrandcore (Via G. Marconi 71A, Villorba, Treviso, Italy) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the project milestones and deliverables completed.

2. Pre-Work Cancellation. If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, the full deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Partial Refunds. If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. Work delivered up to the point of cancellation is non-refundable.

4. Dissatisfaction Claims. If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with specific, detailed feedback. We will make reasonable efforts to revise the work to meet your expectations within the agreed scope. If revision is not possible, a partial refund may be considered.

5. Non-Refundable Items. Completed and approved deliverables, rush fees, and third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. For international transfers, additional processing time may apply.

7. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes regarding refunds should be directed to [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to Italian law and the jurisdiction of Treviso courts.
